Alcohol Prevention

Do you, or someone you know, have an unhealthy relationshipwith alcohol? More than 90% of Danes over the age of 15 drink, and too much alcohol can have major health consequences.

With our free alcohol prevention offer, you can get help to moderate your own alcohol consumption or get help to approach a relative who you think is drinking too much.

You can, of course, remain anonymous.

TUBA – Therapy and Counselling for Young People Who Are Children of Alcohol and Drug Addicts

TUBA offers help, counselling and therapy to young people between the ages of 14 and 35 who have grown up in homes where alcohol or drug abuse was present.

The help is free of charge and all the staff and volunteers have a duty of confidentiality and are here to help.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a community for alcohol addicts who want to get help to (and at the same time support others to) overcome the addiction. The requirement for becoming a member is a desire to quit drinking.

Helt Anonym: Treatment of Substance Abuse

If you, or someone you know, have a substance abuse problem, there is help is available. Helt Anonym is a free offer for drug addicts who want help to stop using drugs – completely anonymously. You don’t need to provide a name or CPR number when enquiring, and the treatment takes place at an agreed location.
